RESIDENT: Jennifer Tripi (nominated by Susie Martinelli and Emily Teeter): “Jen stayed late to do a really challenging lung transplant.  She also talked a patient through awake femoral VA ECMO cannulation/Jen’s professionalism and dedication to the program are incredible.  She is an exemplary educator and leader for our students and residents.”
