Carolina’s Black Trailblazers: An Intergenerational Conversation – Spaces of Belonging and Inclusion across Carolina

October 7, 2020 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Carolina’s Black Trailblazers logo

In honor of our 25th anniversary, we are convening a 3-part series featuring dialogues among UNC Black alumni and students –from the 1960s-present– about a range of topics concerning the Black experience at Carolina. How have students across different generations experienced the racial climate at Carolina and what could a socially equitable campus look like? What does it mean to be Black and belong at Carolina and what are the spaces for Black student belonging? What can an inclusive and equitable UNC physical and social landscape look like? Join us as over 15 panelists address these questions and more in an unprecedented and timely conversation.
