Areas of Interest:

My research focuses on understanding how iron concentration shifts gene expression through modulating RNA-binding protein interactions with their RNA targets. I am interested in pursuing this question through multiomic, computational, and biochemical approaches, ultimately providing insight into the fundamental RNA biology related to iron-deficiency anemia and other iron-related disorders.
