Fernando Pardo-Manuel de Villena (Professor and Chair, Department of Genetics) has renewed a long-standing service agreement with Neogen Corporation.
The UNC Systems Genetics group will continue to provide exclusive data analysis services for the miniMUGA inbred mouse Background Analysis Report. The MiniMUGA v2 Background Analysis Report provides users with essential sample information derived from the MiniMUGA genotyping array and is provided with every sample genotyped. The UNC Systems Genetics group will continue to develop and support a pipeline to automatically generate a “sample report” to be provided to the customers to complement the genotype data.
