Matthew Brush, PhD (Assistant Professor, Genetics) is the contact PI for a recently transferred Other Transaction (OT) award from National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS).
In its third year, this project, titled “A common dialect for infrastructure and services in Translator”, focused on building a robust, dynamic Translator Standards and Reference Implementations Component that integrates the collaborations and investments that the NCATS Translator has made to date. Translator takes existing biomedical data sets and decodes them into insights that can augment human reasoning and accelerate translational science research
