Welcome to Scott Young, Business Officer, who is assuming the role previously held by Ann Nochlin, who has now moved to a new position with the Clinical Genetics team in the department.
Scott joins us from the UNC Office of Sponsored Research (OSR), where he served as a Sponsored Projects Specialist for the past two years and was responsible for processing grant applications from Genetics. Prior to OSR, Scott worked in various research administration, fiscal oversight and grants administration roles at four different universities. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role and is being trained by Ann during his transition.
