Patrick Sullivan, MD, FRANZCP (Distinguished Professor of Genetics and Psychiatry) was awarded a new R01 from NIMH titled “A Trans-Nordic Study of Extreme Major Depression”. Mark Heise, PhD (Professor, Genetics and Microbiology and Immunology) was awarded an administrative supplement to an existing U19 (with Ralph Baric, PhD) titled “Testing the Role of NLRPs and Other NLR Family Members in COVID19 Pathogenesis”. Dr. Lisa Tarantino (Associate Professor, Genetics, Psychiatry and Pharmacy) was awarded a new R21 from NIDA titled “Rapid Identification of Cocaine Sensitivity Genes using a Novel Reduced Complexity Cross”.
