The Registrar’s Office at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine serves current medical students, alumni, and the medical school community by safeguarding the privacy of permanent student records.
Our Services
For Current Medical Students We:
- Manage registration of classes and clinical rotations
- Issue enrollment verification letters
- Provide unofficial transcripts
- Maintain the medical student database for UNC
- Maintain and update the AAMC database as needed
For Medical School Graduates We:
- Issue official transcripts
- Provide copies of Dean’s letters (MSPE) directly to third parties at the graduate’s request
- Provide copies of diplomas
- Verify education information as needed for credentialing purposes
