• Marked vials containing preservatives and fixatives for tissue triage
• PREPAID, PREPRINTED FedEx shipping label for shipment back to UNC in the included FedEx clinical pack.
• Copy of our detailed memorandum, material safety data sheets, and referral forms for both native and transplant biopsies (two separate forms)
• Kits are bundled in groups of four and are stable at room temperature
