Cytopathology
The Cytopathology Division offers expert diagnostic evaluation of exfoliative and fine-needle aspiration (FNA) specimens from a wide range of body sites. Our faculty provide real-time FNA assessments and work closely with radiology, oncology, and surgery teams to deliver timely and accurate diagnoses. Education is a key priority. In addition to resident and medical student teaching, we offer an accredited Cytopathology fellowship. Trainees benefit from a broad case mix, immersive procedural experience, and mentorship from faculty engaged in national cytology initiatives and research.
