Since 1999 Continuing Education efforts of the CGEC have been led by Dr. Jan Busby-Whitehead, MD.  Dr. Busby-Whitehead serves as the Principal Investigator on the project.  She is a Board Certified Geriatrician and serves as a content expert in the field.

Ellen Roberts, MPH. PhD. is the Co-Director on the CGEC project.  Dr. Roberts oversees Curriculum Evaluation and provides leadership and direction to the day-to-day operations.

Cristine Clarke, Ed. D. coordinates all aspects of the CGEC program and acts as the primary liaison to the AHEC programs.  Dr. Clarke also works in program development and data management.

Dr. Tiffany Shubert serves as a content expert in falls and physical therapy.  Dr. Shubert is responsible for overseeing the Falls Practice Improvement Network which includes a cutting edge research project examining practice change.

Ellen Schneider, MBA coordinates Coalition building across the state and on the national level.  She is the point person for the North Carolina Falls Coalition and the North Carolina Mental Health and Aging Coalition.
