Seventeen participants from Carolina and N.C. Central University completed the 2013 University Leadership Education and Development Program (ULEAD) Dec. 4 at a graduation ceremony which featured Chancellor Carol Folt as the special guest speaker.
ULEAD, sponsored by the Office of Human Resources, is a nine-week program that provides advanced developmental opportunities to emerging leaders at both institutions. ULEAD is designed to address core characteristics and skills needed to lead effectively in an academic environment.
