Jonny Gerkin, MD, will share the basics of meditative practice and its wellness benefits, provide a 10-minute guided breathing exercise that can help you slow down and stay focused. He will also provide more information about other resources at UNC that can help with developing strategies to target stress management and burnout while enhancing life quality.
