A mindful yoga practice can enhance self-compassion, lighten a heavy heart, and relieve the tensions of stress and anxiety. Employees can enjoy a free virtual gentle yoga sessions two times a week.
Balancing Work and Life
onlineUsing the philosophy that “those who are happy at home perform better on the job,” this workshop was developed for those who feel burdened with too many responsibilities and without enough time for personal enjoyment. This workshop will help participants explore and define home responsibilities, identify career requirements and prioritize leisure time. The resulting better balance will help achieve more in one’s career and at home.

How Healers Became Killers (Holocaust history)
Dr. Patricia Heberer Rice is the Director of the Office of the Senior Historian in the Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies, a wing of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Physicians played an important role as planners and implementers of Nazi racial policy.
