This workshop explores unintended/implicit bias and introduces foundational concepts that are necessary to additional engagement with DEI-related topics and issues. This workshop will be offered monthly throughout the year, and is strongly recommended to be first training that participants attend.

A mindful yoga practice can enhance self-compassion, lighten a heavy heart, and relieve the tensions of stress and anxiety. Employees can enjoy a free virtual gentle yoga sessions two times a week.

The event will feature Tamala Gray, Director of the Finance and Research Support Team, School of Medicine, Finance and Business Operations, who will talk about her career path and what led her to success.
