We all are experiencing feelings of anxiety, fatigue, sadness, and anger this year. The social isolation and cumulative stress can increase mental health challenges, suicide rates and substance use. But there is hope! In this workshop, we will learn to tell the difference between normal reactions to stressful events and a person who is experiencing a mental health challenge.
