Guidelines for navigating the portal
- Create an account at the above link
- A “Start a New Application” prompt will appear. Select “Master’s or Doctorate Degree” from the dropdown menu
- Open the application. On the “Graduate Program of Study” page, select the following from the dropdown menus
- Major: Cell Biology & Physiology
- Degree: Master of Science
- Term: Fall 2026
- On the “Area of Interest” page, under Area of Interest I you must select “Biomedical Research-Post Bacc” from the dropdown menu
A few reminders
- GRE scores are NOT REQUIRED. For international applicants, a TOEFL or IELTS score is required and may be no more than two years old.
- This program does NOT REQUIRE you to list the names of CBP curriculum faculty members of interest or faculty members supporting your application. You are welcome to list faculty members of interest or leave this part of the application blank. Indicating interest does not guarantee placement in that lab group.
