Instrument Decision Tree. A flowchat to help decide which instrument is most appropriate. Attune Nxt, LSRFortessa, Cytek Aurora, and Cytek ImageStream.
The UNC Flow Cytometry Core has 4 types of Flow Analyzers. The graphical decision tree helps guide the selection of an appropriate analyzer based on your experimental design. Experiments that require Fluorescent images should use the ImageStream MkII. High parameter and/or spectral flow experiments should use the Aurora. Lower parameter and/or classical flow experiments should use the Attune NxT or the Fortessa if a UV excitable dye is included.
