The Cytek Aurora is equipped with 5 lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm and 640nm), 3 scatter channels and has 64 fluorescence channels. Its acquisition and analysis software is SpectroFlo® Software. It is equipped with a plate reader for 96 well plates. The Aurora is located in the basement of Marsico Hall- B018.
Samples containing viable BSL-2 agents (or samples that could contain such agents but whose status is unknown) may be run on the Aurora.

Quick start guide to the Aurora schematic. The Quick Start Guide summarizes the stages, and key steps within each stage detailed in the User training guide. Particularly the Guide suggests the essential steps for performing the daily instrument Start-up and QC. Then continues on how to set-up an acquisition experiment, record, unmix and export flow data.
