Data Analysis

The FlowCore has 2 PCs dedicated for data analysis. To analyze your data on these computers, simply reserve time in iLab.
Users can access the computers locally or remotely. For remote use follow instructions in the iLabs calendar.

The PCs have the following software:

  • FlowJo [v10.9 & v11] – Comprehensive flow cytometry data analysis program.
  • FCS Express 7 – Comprehensive flow cytometry data analysis program.
  • IDEAS 6.2 – Imaging analysis software for Cytek ImageStreamX data.
  • SpectroFlo v3.3.0 – Acquisition and Analysis software for Cytek Aurora Data

Contact staff to request installation of additional software.
