ThermoFisher Attune NxT
The ThermoFisher Attune NxT is equipped with a 96/384 well plate Autosampler, 4 lasers (405, 488, 561, and 637nm) and can detect up to 14 fluorescent parameters. Its acquisition software is Attune NxT 7.1.0.
Samples containing viable BSL-2 agents (or samples that could contain such agents but whose status is unknown) may be run on both Attune 1 (B018) and Attune 2 (B021A).
The FlowCore has two Attune NxT instruments. The Optical layouts remain the same between both instruments, though the voltage settings may be different. View the optical laouts with Core-generated starting voltages below:

The Attune uses acoustic focusing to be able to acquire samples at high speeds (12.5-1000 uL/min). To ensure the best flow, concentrate your cells appropiately: Attune NxT cell concentrations
