The founding members and current project team of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) project were recognized by the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) and will be honored during the virtual AACR meeting to be held Jun 22-24.
Chuck Perou (Professor, Genetics) and Neil Hayes were recognized as Cancer Genome Characterization Center leaders for the TCGA Pilot Project and Katherine A. Hoadley (Assistant Professor, Genetics), Joel Parker (Associate Professor, Genetics), Chuck Perou, Ben Vincent and Jen Jen Yeh were recognized as members of the current project team.
