Bustle recently featured Mary Ellen Wells, PhD, in an article titled “What Happens to Your Brain When You’re Sleep Deprived.” Wells is the director an associate professor of the Neurodiagnostics and Sleep Science program, a joint initiative between UNC-Charlotte and the UNC-School of Medicine.
