Marsico Lung Institute Seminars in Respiratory Biology: Liudmila Cebotaru, MD, JD, LLM

Please join us for a presentation by Liudmila Cebotaru, MD, JD, LLM, Associate Professor of Medicine and Physiology from the Johns Hopkins Cystic Fibrosis Center. Dr. Cebotaru’s presentation is entitled “Gene Therapy for Cystic Fibrosis.” Dr. Cebotaru’s research focuses on advancing gene therapy for cystic fibrosis (CF) with AAV vectors using CF ferret, rhesus macaque, and human enteroid models. She is developing innovative strategies for airway and gastrointestinal delivery of CFTR, including shortened constructs, tailored promoters, and optimized dosing.
