Letter of Good Standing, Enrollment, or Expected Graduation

If you need a letter stating you are a current student, in good standing or your expected graduation date we are happy to assist you. We do ask that you complete the School of Medicine Consent Form (above). On the form please be sure to check the box for “Letter of Enrollment, Good Standing and/or Expected Graduation” and the box for “Other”. In the “Other” box please include what type of letter is required and what (if any) details should be included. All letters are different, and we appreciate knowing how to tailor each letter for each student/alumni. If no details are provided, then we will provide a letter with the information available.

Mailed Requests

If you are not using the online consent form, you may return the SOM Consent Form and payment (if applicable) to the Office of Student Affairs by any of the following means:
