Technological Resources

Eastowne’s integrated technology optimizes the patient experience.

  • Providers have access to high-quality radiology and imaging services: MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Bone Density, and X-ray Imaging – Echo, PVL, EKG
  • Patients have the ability to easily schedule visits online and check-in at a kiosk upon arrival.
  • Each floor at Eastowne is equipped with telemedicine booths fully outfitted to accommodate virtual care visits.
  • The on-site pharmacy is located on the first floor for convenient prescription pick ups or refills.
  • Regular visits to the infusion clinic, to treat inflammatory bowel disease, inflammatory arthritis, etc., can be coordinated with visits to see a specialist.

Same Day Clinic

Providing urgent care for patients with complex and straightforward needs.

Physicians across the Department of Medicine may refer any established patient to the Eastowne Same Day Clinic to see a general internist for urgent needs. Acting as an urgent care, Same Day allows for patients to get an appointment when their provider is booked or when services are needed that cannot easily be provided within the specialist’s own clinic. This might include a patient who comes in for allergy shots but has a wound that needs to be lanced. Our goal is to prevent patients from needing to visit a busy urgent care, where many people are being treated for respiratory illness, and minimize situations where they may have to visit the emergency department.
