Self-testing For Minorities

During COVID-19, Dr. Weiming Tang helped to organize HIV self-testing services to fill in the gap during COVID-19 lockdowns that prevented many sexual minorities from accessing HIV services.

His research found that many men who have sex with men were able to use decentralized self-testing services to sustain essential HIV testing during COVID-19.
