Technique Development

The PRU can assist with the development and completion of novel techniques and procedures not currently performed in our group. The PRU has worked with numerous labs to develop the required skills to perform such techniques as:

  • Intra-vaginal Ring (IVR) Implants
  • Neonate ICV Injections
  • Intra-thoracic Lung Injections
  • Neonate Facial Vein Injections
  • Hemi-splenectomies
  • Rat Oral Capsule Administration

The PRU also provides technical assistance and training with many well know procedures, techniques, and surgeries you may require:

  • Oral Gavage
  • Submandibular Bleeds
  • Intravenous Injections
  • Retro-orbital Injections and Bleeds
  • Imaging
  • Orthotopic cell injections
  • Sham surgeries
  • Castrations
