There is a plugin, specifically the Easy Bootstrap plugin, that gives us the ability to add buttons, columns, horizontal rules, notification boxes, and more. This plugin has recently been updated. The update moved the location of where you will find these options in the editor. Their new location is under the blue EBS button.

Don’t See the EBS Options?
Click on the Toolbar Toggle button. This button shows and hides some buttons in the editor, including the Easy Bootstrap (EBS) button.
