UNC School of Medicine is steeped in a rich tradition of alumni loyalty. In the 1940s, Dean Berryhill wrote to his students to ask their loyalty and support of medical education. In the years since, UNC Medical Alumni have continued the tradition to pay forward their education. Alumni giving secures the strength of our medical school for generations to come.
Today at UNC School of Medicine, we educate our physicians for tomorrow’s practice. They learn in interprofessional teams, with advanced simulations and real patient encounters, taught by nationally recognized faculty. Our goal is to help them adapt to the changing needs of delivering health care for all.
Alumni investment today in our education mission will help UNC boldly meet tomorrow’s challenges, build loyalty and inspire the next generation of Tar Heel Doctors.
Thank you for your loyalty.
