In order to help ensure the safety of our staff and our community, School of Medicine IT is currently responding to support requests in a way that reduces the risk of exposure to COVID-19 as much as possible. During this time, we will operate with a “remote first” strategy, meaning we will do everything we can to meet your needs remotely.
School of Medicine IT has access to a wide range of remote support tools and often has more capabilities to help through these tools than we would in a face to face setting. If we have exhausted our remote support options, we will do everything we can to meet you in your physical location with a scheduled appointment and solve your issue in a more traditional way. However, due to our reduced onsite capacity, a School of Medicine IT staff member may not be immediately available.
