Without fail, the various Fellows have been bright, energetic, curious, and compassionate. Although I overlap with them in several different settings, my favorite encounter with Fellows takes place  at the Geriatric Specialty Clinic, where I go every Tuesday afternoon. There, I see patients, many of whom have been referred by one of the Fellows. The clinic has been a nice venue to discuss, share observations and concerns, and formulate treatment plans. In addition, I have occasionally had one of the Fellows reach out to me, requesting a time to shadow in my gero-psych clinic or to accompany me when I go to the one of the CCRCs. Their interest has been gratifying and I hope to continue to find more opportunities to work with them.
