The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation offers two group visit programs. Integrative medical group visits (IMGV) are designed for patients with chronic pain, while the Nourish to Flourish program is designed for patients experiencing long-COVID symptoms.

Topics discussed during group visits include meditation, nutrition, acupressure, self-massage, and other forms of self-care. Guest speakers may include yoga teachers, registered dietitians, and naturopathic physicians.

The curriculum for the IMGVs is presented over the span of eight, 2-hour sessions that occur once per week. Please click the links below for additional resources pertaining to your participation in an IMGV program.
