Orientation to IMGV

In this session, you will be introduced to the structure of integrative medicine group visits and mindfulness-based stress reduction. We will hold conversations about confidentiality, what brought everyone to the group, and our expectations for each other moving forward.

    • Dedicate a quiet and comfortable space for the home practice each week.
