Stephanie Reitsma’s proposal titled “Phenotypic modifiers in people with low factor XI” was awarded the American Heart Association (AHA) postdoctoral fellowship award. She will use a multidisciplinary approach to determine bleeding risk determinants in FXI deficiency. This project will be guided by her co-mentors Drs. Alisa Wolberg and Karin Leiderman for the duration of 2 years.
