Why Otolaryngology?
As otolaryngologists, we have unique opportunities to improve people’s lives. We manage aspects of our patient’s lives (such as communication, hearing, smell, taste, vision, swallow) that are crucial contributors to the human experience. The impact we can have on our patients, although not always life or death, can be the difference between feeling alive and just being alive.
Why UNC?
The pathology and breadth of rhinology/skull base practice here is unparalleled. That coupled with stellar mentorship amongst faculty makes this an excellent training environment.
