Why Otolaryngology?
I wanted to find a specialty that would allow me to combine two of my passions: Theater and Medicine. ENT provides a unique opportunity to give back to a community that has provided me with so much support throughout my life.
Why UNC?
UNC offers such an outstanding hands-on education for each of the subspecialities in Otolaryngology. During my Acting Internship, I was drawn into the program by the incredible faculty. They have such a rich passion for teaching and creating the next generation of ENT Surgeons. There are so many opportunities for personal and professional growth throughout the 5 years here. I knew coming here, I would be set up for success.
Fun Fact: I can be found on Spotify and Apple Music singing with my Collegiate A Cappella Group, the University of Rochester Midnight Ramblers.
