Thank you for allowing us at UNC Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery to assist you in the care of your patients’ complex ear, nose, and throat problems!

With media reports indicating that COVID is on the rise in the Southeast, we want to assure you during this difficult time, that we remain available to help you.  We have instituted extraordinary changes to all our clinics and operating rooms that provide industry-leading protection to our patients, as well as to our doctors and our staff. 

BE ASSURED THAT YOUR PATIENTS COMING TO THEIR UNC EAR, NOSE, AND THROAT CLINIC VISIT WILL BE SAFE!

We also have availability of video visits which can also be used in selected situations as well. So please, do not delay your patient’s care!

Appointments can be made by contacting our clinics at (984)974-0000 for head and neck or (984) 974-6484 for all other appointments. If you are a provider outside of the UNC Health System, you are also able to contact us through the UNC Carelink portal. Please note: you will be prompted to create your Carelink account prior to accessing the system.

For patients with tumors or cancers of the head and neck, our team is prioritizing diagnoses for work up and treatment during the pandemic without delays. The N.C. Cancer Hospital has also implemented changes to help ensure patient safety. Please click here to learn more about these changes.
