The UNC Lineberger Bioinformatics Core provides infrastructure and expertise for the management and analysis of data from large-scale omics research projects. The core encourages and trains investigators to tap the ever-growing data generated by new cancer research technologies. We are involved in multiple projects where the goal is integrated analysis of omics data. Our role in these collaborations is to allow LCCC PIs to mine relevant information from their data and to leverage publica data for their own experiments.
