Global Aim
To improve long-term outcomes for substance use related tricuspid valve endocarditis patients and decrease hospital costs incurred in the care of these patients by developing a multidisciplinary comprehensive care pathway centered around addiction care.

1. Percent of patients who completed the Comprehensive Endocarditis Pathway
2. Percent of patients discharged on MOUD
