Implement unhealthy alcohol use screening and interventions for 50% of patients (n=12,603) in UNC General Medicine Clinic by June 30, 2017.

Project Accomplishments

• Protocols and tools for screening and interventions for unhealthy alcohol use may be incorporated into an upcoming system-wide social determinants of health roll-out on Epic
• One of six grantees in a $16 million federal initiative to help primary care practices increase efforts to address patients’ unhealthy alcohol use
