Improve quality and continuity of care for pediatric patients with CF, along with patient and care team member satisfaction.

By May 31, 2022 increase the percent of CF care team members who agree telehealth visits are efficient and coordinated between team members from 30% to 90% through development and implementation of a telehealth model that standardizes care.
