School of Medicine IT Portfolio Management ensures that resources are optimized to deliver the highest priority projects in support of key drivers including the  SOM Strategic Plan, IT Strategic Plan, system-wide initiatives such as Carolina Value, Portfolio Prioritization Criteria, and Regulatory Compliance (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA, FISMA).
