Register an iLab Account

If you are associated with the University of North Carolina, and have an ONYEN:

  1. Go to MSL’s iLab website.
  2. Click on “Register” (top right corner) and select “Register using UNC credentials”. The system will guide you through the rest of the account creation process.
  3. Obtain financial authorization to pay for use of microscope and sample preparation services at MSL.

NOTE: you can skip this step if you already have an account due to previous use of a core facility at UNC or if you were a user of the MSL as of October 31st, 2017.

If you are NOT associated with the University of North Carolina:

  1. Go to MSL’s iLab website.
  2. Click on “Register” (top right corner) and select “Register for an iLab account”. The system will guide you through the rest of the account creation process.

NOTE: you can skip this step if you already have an account due to previous use of a core facility at UNC or elsewhere.
