Carrie Rubel, a member of both Jonathan Schisler’s and Gary Johnson’s labs successfully defended her thesis on November 16, 2015. The title of her thesis was “Ubiquitin Proteasome System Dysfunction as a Driver of Disease: CHIP Mutation in Spinocerebellar Ataxia.”
