Three Pharmacology graduate students were honored for receiving prestigious external fellowship awards at The 17th Annual Graduate Student Recognition Ceremony held April 9. The three students are Nicole Baker, Marissa Cann and Carrie Rubel.
Nicole, Baker, who is a member of Channing Der’s lab, received an NRSA Fellowship (F31) from the NIH National Cancer Institute.
Marissa Cann, who is a member of David Lawrence’s lab, received an American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education (AFPE) Pre-Doctoral Fellowship.
Carrie Rubel, who is a member of Jonathan Schisler’s lab, received an American Heart Foundation ‘Predoctoral Fellowship.
