| Description | 9-week course specific to dealing with the stigma regarding mental health challenges
Fully and thoroughly manualized 75-90 minute sessions Each session includes handouts, new information/education, discussion questions, activities, etc. Homework/home practice strongly encouraged First half of course focuses on internalized stigma, second half on more interpersonal issues Intended for general mental health use May be appropriate to have second facilitator present when possible |
