Matthew Q. Miller, MD joined the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery this month as an Associate Professor, as well as the Director of the new UNC Facial Nerve Center. Dr. Miller is performing cutting-edge, impactful facial paralysis-related procedures that are new to UNC and the state of North Carolina.
