- Created Quiet Time Toolkit for UNC Hospitals, available on intranet
- Quiet Time implemented and rolled out to entire hospital by Sept 2018
- Quiet Time spread and rolled out to Hillsborough Hospital
- Quiet Time incorporated in Monday morning Carolina Care meeting
