Implement Quiet Time on two Medicine units (6 Bed Tower and 3 West).

• Created Quiet Time Toolkit for UNC Hospitals, available on intranet
• Quiet Time implemented and rolled out to entire hospital by Sept 2018
• Quiet Time spread and rolled out to Hillsborough Hospital
• Quiet Time incorporated in Monday morning Carolina Care meeting
