Making Trauma Less Traumatic: Implementing Inpatient Pediatrics Screening of Acute Stress Symptoms

Participation Requirements:

☐ I used the Beacon PTSD consult in hospitalized patients ages 3 years to 15 years of age following traumatic events.
☐ I was involved in the conceptualization, design, oversight of implementation, or overall assessment/evaluation of the QI initiative, Making Trauma Less Traumatic.
☐ I actively participated in the QI initiative Making Trauma Less Traumatic for a minimum of 6 months.
☐ I reviewed and reflected on performance data and provided feedback to the Team Leaders, with recommendations for process improvement. Such feedback could be in person, virtual, or via email.
